Mouse boo-boos

I find it too easy to screw up Gantt bars with the mouse.
a number of times I have found errors that I can only
attribute to inadvertant dragging witht he mouse. I havae
looked, but cannot find: Is ther a way to turn OFF the
ability to move Gantt bars with the mouse?
