Mouse wheel fails to scroll help frame in Word 2003.

After selecting the help frame in Word 2003 and then attempting to scroll the
help frame window using the mouse wheel, it fails. The Word document
erroneously scrolls instead.

Suggestion: Please fix this annoying bug.
