move arial font into publisher 2003

The Arial font is in my font folder, but it is not in the font list for
publisher 2003. I need to be able to use Arial in publisher. How do I get
it there? (I am using Windows XP.)

Arial comes with just about every application Microsoft produces.
Fonts that are installed with Office

Thank you for your reply. This morning I tried reinstalling (for some reason
I had thought this wouldn't help) when it was done reinstalling, Arial
magically appeared! Thanks for your help.
