Move Email to file share as it comes in to inbox

As an Email comes in to my Inbox can i have it automatically copied to a file
share folder or a folder in my C drive?

I can select a mailbox folder but would rather a copy be placed in a folder
on another harddrive directory.

I am using office XP with Windows XP SP2.
