Move emails to folders automatically

Hi,

Is it possible to move emails received from a particular email add to a specified folder automatically in outlook6 and/or Windows 2000/XP?

Sure.

In O2000 (I'm assuming Outlook6(?) is the same or nearly so...) highlight
the message that you want to sort. Then click Organize and then the NEW
button. If you read each setting carefully you should be able to set up a
rule which will do what you want. When you complete the steps (1. do it
when the mail arrives, 2, for a particular email address, 3, move to a
particular folder) click FINISH.
