moved my hard disk to new computer now I can't register office

Hi. I've built a new computer and moved my hard disk from
my old computer to my new computer. I have several MS
products: Office XP, MS Project and Visio. I get the same
error with each.

I try to start the program, it says that there are
changes to my computer so I need to register the product
again, I insert the disk and then it gives me an error
message saying: " Windows Installer This could not be
opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you
can access it, or contact the application vendor to
verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch
package"

What can I do to resolve this?

Thanks for your help!
