Moving Documents

Currently, someone created a project and published it out ot Project Server -
and then used the sub web folderto store many generic documents within their
department. I want to move all these documents and sub folders they
created over to the "Public Documents" section of Project Server. Is there
a way I can accomplish this without opening each document, saving it locally
and then uploading it to the new public folder?
