Actually, import/export is not the best option as usually some settings are
lost, and sometimes data too. It's better to simply move the .PST file to
the new computer and point Outlook to it. (Don't overwrite the default .PST
created by Outlook on the new machine, though. That can cause problems
too.)
Look at the following two articles for help with this -- one is a primer on
Outlook files, and the other gives instructions for moving your data to a
new machine with a later version of Outlook on it (most instructions should
work with older versions too).
