Moving Email from W/98 to XP

I need to move Outlook Express Personal Folders from Windows 98 to a new
computer running Outlook Express under XP. I do not believe I can not copy
the .DBX files since the registry name embedded in the is different and not
sure if just changing it would work. Tried the Export, but I get and error
and it states it will only to Outlook or Exchange. When I tried it on
another computer, running both OE and Outlook, it move the folder directly
to Outlook.

Any suggestions on how I can move the folders from W/98 to XP would be
appreciated.
