Moving from Office XP Standard to Office Professional Edition 2003

My computer has Office XP Standard installed. I purchased Office Professional Edition 2003 through the Microsoft Home Use Program. Do I need to uninstall Office XP Standard before installing Office Professional Edition 2003?
