Moving Info from Outlook 2003 to an earlier version

Help
I have a client that would like to move on a weekly basis
his contact information between his secretary's outlook
(2003) and his outlook (2000). I read in Microsoft
knowledge base that there is a way to do this - article
830336 but I couldn't do step 10 (it won't let me) and as
such I was not successful in creating a .pst file from
2003 that would work on the older version of outlook.
Can you do this and how???? Thanks

are you dragging the entire folder? try selecting the contacts (control a to
select all) and right click drag them to the new pst and copy. (you'll need
to make a contact's folder in the new pst before you drag them)

Yes I did. So if I create a contacts folder and do what
you suggest, you think I can create a .pst which is
movable to the older machine?

yes. The default folder can't be moved or copied, but the contents can be.
