Moving Office 2003 to another PC

We recently got 4 laptops. We are going to retire the old PC's that the users
have. Each PC has Office 2003 Pro installed and activated. We have 10 lis.
How do I move the Office installation from the old to the new?

You uninstall it on one system, install it on another, and then you may have
to use telephone activation and explain the situation to a human being on
the phone.
