Moving Office XP Pro from one computer to another??

I have a Full Version of Office XP Pro on my laptop and an Office 2000
version on my home PC. I have an Office 2003 Pro upgrade version that I want
to put onto my laptop. I want to move Office XP Pro to my pc. I will need to
load 2000 onto my laptop. How do I de-activate XP Pro so it can be activated
on my PC? I want to get this right so I don't find out that I have registry
problems which could have been prevented. Anyone who has done this? I would
appreciate any heads up.

You do not need to de activate Office xp pro. Removing it from the computer
does that.
