Moving Old Outlook Express Mail to New Computer

I just got a new computer and want to move my e-mail to
it. I copied all the .dbx files to a CD, but don't know
how to import them into Outlook 2003 (or Outlook Express)

To import them into Outlook Express, put them all in a single folder. Then
click "File>Import>Messages>Microsoft Outlook Express 6 (or 5, as
appropriate) and click Next. Select the "Import mail from OE6 message
store" radio button. Click OK. Click Browse. Browse to the folder
containing the DBX files. Click Next. Answer any additional prompts and
when you're done, you'll have your old messages. Then, still using Outlook
Express, and assuming you've already installed Outlook 2003 and have created
a profile containing a mail account, click File>Export>Messages and Outlook
Express will feed them to Outlook.
