Moving Outlook "home" folder

Anyone know how I can move my Outlook "home" folder (outlook.pst)? I can go
to properties>advanced but you cannot change the path. I want to move the
pst file to a secondary partition on my harddrive. Can I move just the pst
file? I wouldn't mind moving everything in "documents and settings
\administrator" if that's easier. Any advice would be appreciated.
