Moving pages

Is there a way to move pages without the usual copy/paste/delete?
It would be helpful in the Read module to move the Thumnails around.

DTP = desktop publishing. DTP apps lay out documents as individual pages,
making them easy to swap around. Word processing (WP) software formats text
as a continuous stream, with page breaks inserted dynamically at print time
depending on the active printer driver.

No, you can't move pages around, but if you have applied heading
styles consistently, you can move collapsed headings in Outline View,
and the subordinate paragraphs will follow.
