Moving .pst file to Exchange mailbox

I need to know how to reverse the transition of Email from a .pst file to an Exchange inbox.
This is so I can help one user get into compliance with the new Email / document policies going into effect (meaning, NO .pst files and limits on exchange mailbox sizes).

Suggestions???

Within Outlook go to File, Import/Export, Select Import from another program
or file, click Next, Select Personal Folder File (*.pst), click Next, then
specify the location of the PST. If you don't know where it is located, you
can right click the Personal Folder in Outlook, go to Properties, then click
the Advanced button.

If you want to move your folders from PST to Exchange server, you can do drag-n-drop or copy-paste.

No! Never import a PST if you can avoid it. The best method is much
simpler: change the default delivery location to Exchange and then drag the
items in the PST to their corresponding folders in Exchange. All done.

What is your reasoning for NEVER importing a PST?

You can lose data that way or time stamps on items will change.

Why shouldn't you import a *.pst?

No! Never import a PST if you can avoid it. The best method is much
simpler: change the default delivery location to Exchange and then drag the
items in the PST to their corresponding folders in Exchange. All done.
