Back up the SQL Server database containing your current resources and then
restore the backed up database to a new database on the other server. Use
the EditSite tool to create your Project Server site on the new server.
Hope this helps.

How do I move all my resources from one server to another? Is there a
backup/restore or export/import?

That for the help.

Hi Glenn,

Easiest option if you just want the resources to import is open a blank
project > Step 1) Click on build team from enterprise > Select all the
resouces to be on this project as team member. Save that project as .mpp

Step 2) Connect to new project server(Project professional) as administrator
Click on Tools > Enterprise options > Import resources to project server

This will help you import resources to project server.

I hope this helps.

Is it just the resources you want to transplant?

You solution assumes that the Project Server administrator has already
configured enterprise Resource fields and outline codes in the Enterprise
Global of the new server.
