Moving Saved Act!6 Email to Outlook

After using Act!6 for several months, I have had enough of its
limitations and bugs. I have move back to Outlook for everything. I
was wondering if it was possible to move my saved Act email folders
into Outlook. Can someone please let me know if this is possible.
