moving several boxes together

After drawing 12 square boxes, filling them with text and connecting them
with lines (like a flowchart) I want to move everything together to the left
and down. How do you do that ? (I don't want to move each box and line
individually)

Select the arrow pointer from the Drawing toolbar. Drag a rectangle that
encloses all your boxes and lines (or hold down shift and select them all).
Right-Click and select Group.

Thanks Jezebel for your answer. After I drew a rectangle around all items and
released the mousebutton, everything in the rectangle was automatically
selected and I could move everything together by draging. (Right clicking
brought up a table but no "group" was there to select; I still work with Word
2000)

Try on the Draw submenu on the Drawing Toolbar. You're right that you don't
need to group the items to move them all -- it's sufficient to select them
all -- but if they form a single object, it's better to group them as such.
