MS Exchange Outlook sending error

hi,

please help to analyze the root cause about outlook
sending problem: which one system is window2000 prof. and
mail receiving is no problem but fail in send mail out,
the information is can not locate the mail address,and
need you choose Yes or No ...,

thanks to your instruction for this puzzle solution.
