MS JET OLE DB Initialization Information.

Hi... I'm havnig trouble with the ADO_CON sample form and database....

When I try to open this form in InfoPath, I get a dialog box called
"Please Enter MS JET OLE DB Initialization Information"

I found same Question that was posted on 11/14/2003 from Tom_Stone,
but nobody answered on it. ->>

I don't understand why this box appears and what I should do? Please
help if you can!
