Hello
When I tried to install Visio 2003 on a computer with
already installed Office 2003 , i get the the message :
"To install this Microsoft Office Visio 2003 Technical
Beta Refresh, you must update your Ms Office System 2003
product with the Office System 2003 Beta 2 Technical
Refresh or unistall your Office System 2003 product.".
When I had Office XP every thing was working fine with
Visio 2003. I don't want to download any updates because
I have a modem and I am paying for every minute... So is
there any way around ? I have winxp prof so I can have 2
accounts but I don't know what to do to create a user who
want have an office installed. I thought it could work if
had 2 accounts one to work with office and the other to
work with Visio. But office install itself for all users ;
( Any ideas ?

Is this the full retail product or the Beta 2 Technical Refresh? If the
B2TR, you cannot install it on a machine with any RTM versions of Office
programs.

Also, this B2TR will expire on Friday.

And one more thing, once the product released to manufacturing (last
October), your license to run the beta also expired.
