I have two questions about using Microsoft Word. ( Both in
Office 97 and XP)

1.Sometimes when I want to center part of a line of text into the
middle of a page, when I press the TAB key to do this the indicators
that mark the margins and indentation also move too, along with any
lines of text above the one I want to center.. How do I keep the
margins etc. at the same place and move only the text. This is an
intermittent problem. Sometimes the TAB key works fine and other times
it does not.
Also sometimes the text will not move at all, when the TAB key
is pressed.

2. How do I get the Adobe Acrobat indicator( So that I can covert Word
documents to PDF) to appear in the menu bar at the top of the page?
i.e. where text color, fonts, etc are located? I can access it from a
drop down menu, but since I do a lot of this type of conversion , I
would like it to be on the menu bar.
