I did not subscribe to Dell's software application support....thinking I
would not need it with BRAND NEW SOFTWARE preloaded by Dell. I was wrong.
My problem began with MS Word not opening, spinning in a death loop, only to
be shut down manually through Task Manager. I was able to get an awesome fix
here in this forum to run and it is now working perfectly (THANKS TERRY!)
Now I am having the same problem with Excel. I'm assuming the problem will
affect my other MS apps as well. Could someone please tell me WHY Excel will
not execute?? After running: winword.exe /a for my MS Word app, I was
hoping something similar could be used for Excel and my other MS apps.
