MS Office Doc Img Writer as default printer

I am having a problem with a user having the MS Office Doc Img Writer show up
as her default printer in the print dialog window when she goes to print a
document. The MS Office Doc Img Writer doesnt even show up in her Printers
and Faxes window, and it is not her default printer. When we change the
printer to print to it works fine for that day. When she logs in the next
day, the MS Office Doc Img Writer is again set as her default printer in the
printer dialog window.

Any insight on this would be appreciated. Can I diable the MS Office Doc Img
Writer without uninstalling it?
