While at home, I used to connect to my company's Exchange server from
my laptop via VPN. Since last three days the Outlook 2000 client does
not seem to respond. Instead of loading all the folders, a dialog box
pops up saying it can work only in offline mode. Can anyone, who has
solved this problem, solve this issue for me.
Run up to this situation:
I had installed ACT software and when I tried to uninstall it, I did
not succeed as uninstall.exe could not be found. Subsequently when I
tried to start outlook, c:/winnt/system32/actext.dll could not be
loaded or installed. This was resolved by reinstalling the software
and uninstalling it again. Do you think has caused some files to be
corrupted within OUTLOOK 2000
