MS Outlook 2003 - Margin Printing Problem

Q

quantass

Using Windows XP Pro, MS Outlook 2003 (v11.5608), HP Laserjet 1220.

This is a strange one:

+ When printing out "sent" email messsage the printout's margins are
not setting correctly
+ The letter A is printing at the very top left hand of page as if it
were a Header that is left justified.
+ In the upper right there us a page count and # pages
+ There is a Date time stamp at bottom of page.
+ HP says drivers are ok
+ MS Word 2003 and other apps print fine on the Laserjet 1220
+ MS Outlook does print received emails according to settings however
previously sent email messages do not.
+ MS Outlook is currently set to use MS Word 2003 as the editor.
+ We can't get Outlook to indicate the printed message has an
attachment using words instead of an icon or nothing shown at all.

How do we get Outlook 2003 to print out sent email messages properly
without any seemingly inserted headers, and properly following our
settings for margins for the printout? Received messages print out
fine and we'd like messages sent out by us to do the same thing.
