What are the various version or edition of MS Outlook 2003 comes with?
(Like MS Exchange 2003, it has standard & enterprise edition.)

What are the differences?
Is it require to purchase license before installing?

AFAIK there is only one version of Microsoft Outlook 2003. Exchange and
Outlook are two completely different things (although they are
related, of course). You can get the trial version of Outlook and give a
whirl before buying a license for longer-term use.
