This is probably a stupid question.

How do I get MS Outlook to automatically startup after Windows startup
without going to Start menu or Desktop Icon?

You can copy your Outlook shortcut to following location:
Start Menu -> Programs -> StartUp.

Now, everytime you start your windows operating system, outlook wil
get started automatically
