MS Project 2003 crashes when changing fractional hours

Hi,

We have a task assigned to multiple users that has it's Actual Work updated
by EPM as a fractional amount (which is probably a question for the EPM
discussion board). However, when changing the actual work for this task back
from, say 12.98 hours to 13 hours - Project crashes. Other tasks' fractional
Actual Work values can be updated without a problem but the specific task in
question produces a crash for different users on different machines.
