MS Project 2003 will not open from Project Center - Trusted Site i

Elena

The user has access to the server with no issues and can access to all areas.
But when the user tries to open a project plan through Project Center or
connect directly from their desk top the user gets the following message:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You cannot log in to the Project Server
http://mgfproject01.domain.com/ProjectServer because you have not identified
http://mgfproject01.domain.com/ProjectServer as a trusted site in Internet
Explorer.
To continue, you should make the site
http://mgfproject01.domain.com/ProjectServer a trusted site in Internet
Explorer.
Note that when you trust a site, you are trusting the entire domain to which
that site belongs. For example, if you trust the site
http://server1/projectserver, you are trusting the entire http://server1
domain.
Make Server Trusted
Retry accessing the Project Server -
http://mgfproject01.domain.com/ProjectServer
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The URL is listed under trusted sites. (IE 7.0). I have no idea what the
problem is.
Help!
Thanks,

M

check your activex settings. make sure "Initialize and script activex
controls not marked as safe" is set to prompt. Also go to "collaborate" in
Project professional and add the URL link under collaborate>collaboration
options>collaborate and set as default.
