Hours starting from what point? Do you mean hours into the project from its
beginning? Can't do that.
If you want time-of-day only instead of date or date/time, go to the tools
menu, option settings, view tab, and select a date format that shows what
you need. Seems really awkward to me but to each his own. A schedule is
supposed to tell the resources where they need to be when in order to do
what.
