MS Project '95

OK, I have a slight problem. Way back in '97 I wrote several project
plans in good old MS Project '95. The company that I work for is
planning to run projects that are directly related to those plans. I'm
sure you know where I'm going here. I'm currently on MS Project 2003
it obviously won't open the pre '98 format. Does anyone know of a way
to convert the files? Even if I can get a viewer to recreate the plan
in 2003, I'd be <somewhat> happy.

Ideas?

Hi,

I am told one can (still?) buy a copy of Project 98 (which does the trick)
for close to nothing on e-bay

OK. I found a copy on Shopper.com, but I didn't think '98 would read
'95? On a side note, I'm a little surprised that someone hasn't
written some type of converter <and made a ton of money>. :)

GWBush5150,
If you don't mind sending the Project '95 files via e-mail, I will
convert them for you. I've done it for several users with a similar
issue in this newsgroup - all for free, but I do like your ton of money
idea ;-)

Hi,

98 DOES read 95 so it IS the converter you need :))

Jan,
GWBush is all taken care of. He sent me the files, I translated them and
we have another satisfied "customer".
