Dennis,
I can think of two ways to do what you want. There may be more. One way
is through an Event based VBA macro. The second way is to use a custom
field (e.g. Flag1) paste linked into the Marked field. Put a formula in
the custom field that captures the condition of the % Complete field.
Set up the text styles (Format/Text Styles) to show bold green on the
Marked field.
