MS Project reports

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to transfer the status reports
that I run via MS project, to an excel spreadsheet. I usually end up copying
the sheet in project and pasting in excel. But, this is kind of time
consuming and I like the format of the Project reports. Is it possible to do
this? Has anyone tried other ways to store the reports electronically?
Thanks!

Hello busypm,

You may export the data from MS Project to excel. If you have created a
table with the fields you wish to export you can select the table to
base the export on from the Export Wizard.

Start with File > Save As and select Excel as the file type. The export
wizard will start and guide you through the process.

You may also want to take a look at FAQ #16 "Project Viewer" at:

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
