I have rec'd the following message see below-
User updated their tasks using PWA but the job failed to complete. I
discovered that the Project was checked out and believe that this is why it
failed to save the changes to the project. Is this the likely cause? Or, has
anyone experienced this before?

Message Pasted:

Thanks, we made a copy of the Project as it was in her Cache copy prior to
forcing the check-in. Then we retried the process of updating tasks.
The project was hung up in Queue for 5-6 hours before it finally finished.
Does using the Retry and Refresh in PWA Manage Queue really work? It did not
apear to do anything the status stopped at 40% and finally update after the
5-6 hour wait.

Thanks, we discovered that her copy of Project Pro 2007 was installed but had
errors with it and beleive this to be the main difficulty with the queue
problem.
We found that her Cache files were being stored in another persons profile
rather than her own. So we reinstalled Project on her PC. She also had other
intermitten issues that were appearing one was that the Menu bar option under
Tools> Local Project Cache was sometimes showing and sometimes not an option
(not just grayed out) but absent totally.
