[Problem With MS Project Saving]

I want to know why after closing and not making changes and am not prompted
to save a MS Project file, why the modified details of the file change in
Explorer??

Hi,

My first, rather cynical answer (sorry for that) simply meant that yes,
Project does that. I don't know if all versions do it, but i have known the
fact and account for it in a VBA application for some customer.
But I ABSOLTUELY don't know why and frankly, I don't give a ... (quotation
