Say what? This sounds more like an ethical question for the employee's
supervisor rather than a question about Microsoft Project. If this IS a
question about Project and you want help, you will have to explain it a
whole lot better.

There are 2 ways in which this can be done
1. Make use of cost rate table and give specific cost for a specific date
range
2. You can also use fixed cost for those taks which are getting affected
with the worker cost
