MS Word documents freeze screen

At some point in typing the screen freezes in Word (only) & I must restart
machine every time. I have all latest downloads & have done repair sequence
etc.

Try asking this in the word.setup.networking newsgroup. Be sure to include the
following information
- version of Word
- version of Windows
- does it happen with ALL documents

FWIW, my first suggestion would be to start Word in Safe Mode and see if the
problem persists. If it does, boot Windows in Safe Mode and test again.
