MS Works Suite to Office 2003 switch

When I bought my machine it came with MS Works Suite
2001. I just bought Office S&T 2003. When I install the
new software, what happens to the MS Works Suite? Do I
still need any of it? How do I delete it without harming
the Office S&T?
