MSI (Windows Installer) runs for EVERY new email downloaded into Outlook

Recently upgraded to Office 2003 from XP. Now, everytime
Outlook retrieves an email from the server, the Windows
Installer runs briefly (and takes focus). I'm running
fully up-to-date XP Pro. Any ideas?
