MSIEXEC crashes

I am hitting a world of hassel that started when I
downloaded Eurdora, and then Pegasis and I also used
Netscape mail.


MY PROBLEM: Office 2003 can not get through the opening
of the security screen without crasheing MSIEXEC


All this becuase I was having an issue with my wireless
connection and I thought it was OUTLOOK.

Anyway, now I am trying to correct. I have deleted
everything, run registry mechanic, and even
repaired/reinstalled the XP pro.

I have used the sfc scanow, and I have run the msiexec/
unregister/ regserver.

I have run spybot and norton antivirus.
I have deleted and renamed the DLLs.



I AM OVER MY HEAD.


Any suggestions other than reformating the hard drive?
