MSMail For Office 2003?

I have solved MSMail configuration problem year ago for
OfficeXP(Pro) with an exe file given by the group...didn't
expect come to this latest version (Office2003) i still
need to solve this kind of problem...very very
frustrated...! Anyone know how to solve this please
help...!
