Iam making some 4 page greeting cards and want to know if it is possible to
print fold guide marks/lines on the finished publication & if so how to do
this.

One page one create a horizontal line on the left, top to bottom.
On page 2-3 create a horizontal line on the top of the pages and a vertical line
from top to bottom.

Now there's a paradox... How can one get a horizontal line to extend from
the top to the bottom?
