MSP 2002 BCWS Inconistency

In computing EV on a schedule I have an inconsitency between the BCWS
displayed in the Earned Value View (based on Earnved Value table) and the
BCWS computed by utilizing the Analyze Timescaled Data.

Has anyone else experienced this inconsistency or can someone explain the
cause of this inconsistency?
