- In OL2003 keyboard focus is lost (goes nowhere) after using Ctrl key
shortcut to contacts, inbox, etc.
As in previous versions, the focus should be set to the new container so
that one can continue to use the keyboard without using the mouse first to
activate focus.
E.g., CTRL-3 "Jones" to lookup Jones, or CTRL-2 CTRL-G to go to a date, etc.
- Provide time based rules in actions. "Every day <at specific time> ..." or
"If a message <in a specific folder> is <this many days old> ..."
E.g., "If a message in the Junk Email folder is 2 weeks old then move to
Deleted Items"
- Provide a smaller time unit for removed email items from the server.
E.g., "Remove from the email server if the message is [n] [days/hours] old".
(Or allow fractional days.)
The current minimum of 1 day will still result in full pop server inboxes,
but removing right away doesn't give time for other services to check the
account.
