Hi
As far as i knwo i dont think you can use different currencies in the cost
information dialog to set different rates for the resource.
You will have to convert Rs to Dollars or vice versa

Hope this helps

Hi myuser,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Sorry - according to Help: You cannot use more than one currency per
project. Before consolidating projects with different currency settings into
one project file, you need to change the settings in each individual project
to a common currency and update the cost values accordingly.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

myuser,
Let me answer your question directly. All versions of Project can
support multi-currency forms, but NOT in the same file. "Multi-currency"
simply means is that the default currency type for Project can be set
for dollars, pounds, etc. The currency type follows the local and
regional settings for your Windows installation.
