Multi Sort on Form , How Do I ?

I have a form named frmelpaso where I need to perform multiple sorts,
hopefully from one drop down list or something.
The fields would be district, quarter, month and others.
How do I do this from the form. I will need to make it into a men of some
sort, or list.

Thanks a Lot, works great. One more thing. After it sorts, how do I get it
back to showing all the records ?

It always shows all the records; after all, it's only sorting, not filtering. To
return the order to the default, simply delete the value from the combo box and
press <Enter>.
