multiple accounts

I have 3 linked accounts and keep getting an error
message (0x800ccc90) when I send/receive. Have followed
the steps on the web-site but error continues. Also I get
3 duplicate copies of each mail I receive, place in the
correct account in-tray. Any suggestions?
